    Slackware finally on my Laptop

    Last night I finally got Slackware Linux to go on my laptop.


    My Laptop:

    Dell Inspirin 5150

    P4M 3.06 GHz

    512 RAM

    Nvidia GE Force FX GO 5200

    XP and Slackware dual booting

    Reaosn I couldn't get the ****er to work:

    It would say it had wrote errors and couldn't install because the drive had no permissions.

    Pissed me off pretty bad I trie for months using different Kernels.



    Fix:


    I made the partitions from SUSE and installed over top of it.
