Finally they activated my account! I've been reading these posts couple of days and cursed because I couldn't participate ;)

There were over 300 people awaiting activation, including me! The people at Jupitermedia (and that includes me) are dedicated to making sure that that kind of thing doesn't happen again. BTW, during this transition period it may actually get worse before it gets better, but it will get better. :)
