Have you tried booting up in DOS and deleting the entire directory from there?

i'm pretty sure there's an option within the program itself to "unfreeze"..
you just have to have the password or something.. so if you installed it,
did it ask for you to set up a password ?

If you really WERE the one who installed it, getting it off should be no problem with the INSTRUCTIONS from TECH SUPPORT... If you were NOT the person who installed it, you probably have no business uninstalling it.

All you need is to boot up on a floppy, and then remove the directory in which the program resides!
