I have an extra internal dvd drive but no software for it. I have the driver but my question is, can I use any dvd software to operate the movies?
The dvd player is a Starlogic Platinum.

Thanks for the help...

It looks like nebuluswonderer does not have the DVD player software itself.

PowerDVD is not free, but is probably my favorite player. To buy it, go here:

http://www.gocyberlink.com/english/products/product_order.jsp?ProdId=28

and is $49.95.

As for free DVD players, I have not seen any.

I haven't seen any free DVD software, but I agree...Power DVD is the best. I use it on my laptop when I travel and it plays any DVD I have.

Well worth the price.
