Bit Confused, why does my points not show?

I am a bit confused with a problem, I have given out quite a few antipoints over the last few months since signing, but yet on the antipoint centre thing it says I have not given out any, but then when you scroll down It gives a list of the ones I have given out.
This is a bit odd because why would they both say something different.

It's because you don't have enough antipoints yourself for it to make a difference on someone else who you give them to. You have to acquire some more before it counts. 50 I think is how many.

Yup, you need 50 positive APs before you can give out any yourself. How many do you have right now? Let me guess, the points you have assigned are grey right? Then, you haven't been giving out antipoints that count. When they become a colour, red or green, then you'll know they are counting.
