I didn't even know Adaptec produced server OSes until today...

So our clients have this SnapServer sitting in the middle of a Windows network. Users have drives mapped from their desktop to various directories on the SnapServer. Usually works without a hitch, except for one thing -- Anytime a user changes their password, they lose the drive mapping and have to be set back up again.

Considering today is the first time I've ever looked at a SnapServer (or knew it existed), I'm not exactly sure where to go and what to look at to troubleshoot this. Anyone out there knowledgable in this OS?
