New Page for Newsletter

Hey Hey,

I think that the newsletter deserves it's own page... I enjoy reading it and have always found useful information in it, but sometimes I want to go back and read an article again and I can't remember which issue the article was in... We can search posts, we can search tutorials.. It'd be nice to be able to search the newsletter... Something similar to the phrack design... where you can get the whole issue or individual files for each article... That would be easy to make searchable...
