resource hacker problem.

hi out there.
my problem is exactly an exercised based. There is a program freely available named resoure hacker. it is used to either decompile a exe,.res,.dll,etc code.
it can be used over any plateform, and can be used to change hell lot in our os settings like
start menu's name, some icons ,dilog boxes, even text in them,

now the problem
install style-xp
set a theme.
what u can do is manipulate the start menu picture with res-hacker.
it will get easily, but what not is normal window logo buy edditing explorer.exe
i had tried my best to get that but never successed.
can any one try that to or give me some suggestions to how to get that bmp change(it is just for fun).

<remeber a picture can be changed by another one of exactly of same pixels>
it a great fun to use res-hacker u can some times do better then you ever thought.

Since Explorer.exe is in use while windows is running, you have
to use a special procedure to hack it.

In win98 you could make a copy, modify it, and then boot into
DOS to replace the original with your copy. With XP it's different.

I know that rcgreen how to edit an explorer.exe
but note that it manipulate the theme and when it is applied it shows modifications (Themes used by Style Xp) , Had edited XP explorer.exe by dos by oppning it into binary mode by
edit /1022 explorer.exe and had successfuly changed the start menu's name from start to <LOKESH_ULTIMATE> with out res-hack <note:: more than 5 alphabets>
it get by making a copy editing it and in dos mode replacing that but if the same i do for start image it won't but will get for vertical xp logo in popup menu shows after clicking start
even for icons
but THE PROBLEM IS WHY IT IS NOT GETING FOR XP LOGO

Well, other than the bitmap being the correct size and type, I don't know.
