    windows issues

    Hi guys,,i'm having a problem that is very annoying. When my computer is turned on i get the following message in a gray box " the procedure entry point "I_RpcExceptionFilter" could not be located in the dynamic link librrary RPCRT4.
    When i try to shut the computer down i get the following "NHL.exe" is not responding etc. i cannot open IE explore unless using my mozilla. yahoo does not work,,yet my Kazaa works. FYI i have a cable modem. Please i need help on this,,thanx i appreciate it
