When I try to insert an URL in a block defined by the php bbcode tags, they always end up surrounded by url bbcode tags. However, because these tags are nested inside tags that ignore bbcode, the URLs get parsed as HTML code. This makes it very difficult to show, for example, how to send absolute headers in PHP.
