Well, here it is. I will update the Complete sets later as well as the all-in-one set.

As usual, I am looking for articles and such for the next issue. Deadline is set at January 9th, 2004. If you are interested, just send me a note or email me at msmittens@msmittens.com with a subject line of AO Newsletter. The next issue is the 10th one (a milestone issue) so I'd like to see if we can get lots of articles and such for it. If you have questions about article types just pop me a note. Generally it's open to any type of article.

For the next issue I'd be wholeheartedly interested in packet analysis and packet managling. :D

Hope y'all enjoy it. It's one of our larger issues and many thanks to the many authors that submitted to make it a great final issue for this year.

If you have problems open it, let me know. It's in PDF format again.

Oh.. and I think I figured out the Zip error. I have the Beta version for 9 (?) at home. I suspect they may have switched the compression abilities. So the "All-in-One" set has been zipped with version 8 here at work. All should be good now. :D

MsM liked the work you solved the trojan thingy. I had cleaned up other ppls comp before, but never even remembered of peeking the files for more info.
You mailed the server but it seems to have no effect, that channel is still full of ppl infected.

Anyways it's very good so far, can't wait to have it all.

Hmmm.....
sm0kin:
Welp, I pretty much knew that the MPAA would not do anything at all since they are not sueing anyone yet. They do sort of have plans to though, especially with the RIAA's success. Also there was recently a very large sting operation to crack down on this sort of stuff, so who knows...maybe they will get caught someday. Anyways, glad you liked it.

Msmittens: It appears that some formatting issues exist in the program you used. All of the roman numerals are shown as I. (unless that is a local problem).

Hrmm.. Ok. I'll take a look at it when I get home and change it accordingly. I suspect it's a "font translation/replacement" issue. :)

I've updated the newsletter to reflect some minor formatting issues in Hogfly's article (hence the reset of the count on the newsletter -- Note to self: at this time 67 people downloaded the issue).
