Windows Socket Error

I have been trying to send and receive emails and faxes into a pc faxing software called Unimessage Pro and I keep getting "Windows Socket Errors". I also get them when I use Outlook.

Was wondering if anybody knows a little about these errors and why they might occur. Thanks for your suggestions.

well it would help to know what kind of windows youre usen, how old your computer is an if the program is clean if you can tell me this shit ill help ya.
