Avatar Suggestions

In the Edit site Options page you should have a little section that tells people how and when they can upload custom avatars, So that we don't get anymore "Custom Avatars" or "How do I upload a custom avatar?" questions.

When you get 45 or more post
Then when you go to the avatar section then at the bottom you should have upload custom avatar option.:D
